School Health  

Welcome to the school nurse web site at Westborough High School! The school nurses assess and treat student health concerns that may affect their academic functioning and daily living. We facilitate health and wellness so that each student will have the opportunity for academic success. Westborough High School has 2 school nurses: Julie Kelland, RN works full-time and Betsy Southard, RN works part-time. The Health Office is open during school hours and 15 minute before/after the school day. The school physician is available to us for consultation as needed.

In order for us to give the best care possible to your child, please keep the school nurse informed of any new or ongoing health concerns. This will help us plan any necessary accomodations your child may need. All medical information is confidential, and will be shared with school staff, only with your permission and on a need to know basis.
